Steve Goddard
Steve Goddard has been business coaching since 2001, following a successful 10 year accounting career with Parkinson Chartered Accountants. As an accountant, Steve specialised in providing taxation and business service advice to small and medium sized businesses and grew a significant client base. He rose to director level within Parkinson & Co, becoming a major equity owner.
Steve left Parkinson & Co to become an associate at Shirlaws Business Coaching, and in late 2006, left Shirlaws to form Acuity. Steve believes that self-awareness is fundamental to running a successful business, that golf is a bit trickier than surfing, and that red wine goes well with everything.

Tim Browning
Tim's business life has largely centred around hands-on management of industrial rural enterprises, firstly farming and then in forestry where he successfully transformed businesses both generationally and industrially with a combination of attention to detailed business planning and his dedication to development of staff.
Tim brings a strong sense of conviviality with him tempered with directness, both inherited from his country roots.
He is a strong supporter of collaborative research, embedding certification and best practice into business structures, and active participation in industry associations and forums. He has been a director or held office in a wide range of companies, industry bodies and sporting organisations over the years and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has balanced his interest in making businesses run soundly with raising his three children into adulthood whilst remaining friends with them, and mucking around on boats – his over-riding passion, be they motor powered, wind powered or paddle powered.
He's been known to catch the odd fish and blend very fine red and white wines for drinking onboard (with or without the fish).
